Why

"Harden Thru the Cold, Strengthen Thru The Fire" is about how both, adversity (cold) and challenge (fire) shape us.

Harden Thru The Cold - This represents discomfort, struggle, and resilience. Just like metal hardens in extreme cold, we grow tougher through hardship and discipline.
Strengthen Thru The Fire - Fire symbolizes transformation, inner drive, and refinement. Just as fire shapes and tempers metal, pushing ourselves through difficulty (physically and mentally) makes us stronger.

Both, struggle and effort - whether through vulnerability, perseverance, or pushing limits - are necessary for growth.

Goal

Complete each exercise as many times as possible.
Level 1 - Complete 3 sets of each exercise
Level 2 - Complete 5 sets of each exercise
Level 3 - Anything over 5 is BEAST MODE - Consider putting on weight or going until failure

Prescription

If unfamiliar with the exercises, click each button to watch the demos
Each exercise is done for either reps, or time.
Take a 10 second rest between each set.

Start at the first exercise (W-Raises for 5 Reps)
Complete as many sets as desired with a 10 second rest between sets
Only move to the next exercise AFTER COMPLETING ALL SETS OF PREVIOUS EXERCISE
